They are wrong because they’re the ones who are being offended. If I told a rape joke to person A and we both laughed because it was funny, then nothing’s wrong right? But if person B overhears it and finds it offensive, only THEN is it offensive. Between me and person A, there is nothing offensive at all. Person B is the one bringing in the negativity. Person B is wrong. They should grow up and stop being so sensitive. It’s amazing how everyone is so sensitive. This is how you stop things like racism and sexism. Just acknowledging it is perpetuating it.
